Doctor’s advice about Coronavirus:

Novel coronavirus pneumonia is a dry cough without runny nose. This is the simplest way to identify. the Wuhan virus (COVID 19) will be killed at a temperature of 30-35 degrees, therefore, drink more hot water. You can tell your friends and relatives to drink more hot water to prevent it. Go under the Sun for a long time. It has been cold season recently, and drinking hot water is also very comfortable. It is not a cure but is a good prevention for the body. Drinking warm water is effective for mostly all viruses. Try not to drink ice. remember that.

  • It is pretty large in size (cell is about 400-500nm diameter), so any normal mask (not just the N95 feature) should be able to filter it out. However, when someone who’s infected sneezes in front of you, it will take a great 3 meters (about 10 feet) before it drops to the ground and is no longer airborne.
  • When the virus drops on metal surface, it will live for at least 12 hours. So remember if you come in contact with any metal surface, wash your hands with soap thoroughly. Don’t depend on the sanitizers.
  • The virus can remain active on fabric for 6-12 hours. Normal laundry detergent should kill the virus. For winter clothing that does not require daily washing, you can put it out under the sun for 4 hours to kill the virus.

The pandemic will end in one of four ways:

  1. Everyone who can get infected gets infected (see Black Death in Medieval Europe, Smallpox in Age of Exploration Americas, Spanish Flu in 1918–1920).
  2. Government action finds everyone who is sick, quarantines them, and prevents further spreading (see Wuhan China, 2020, SARS in China In 2002, Ebola in West Africa, 2018)
  3. Transmission slows in warm/dry weather (see influenza, every year)
  4. A vaccine is created and spread across the world faster than the virus transmits.

Use herbal and ayurvedic Products:

Enter herbal and ayurvedic products in your lifestyle (eat hot food, drink hot water, take food during Sunlight, take plenty of Sunlight, follow simple living – high thinking) and try to take plenty of ginger, lemon, turmeric, traditional food products and Ghee (original Cow Ghee) and take Gooseberry or Indian Gooseberry, Curry Tree, Ocimum Tenuiflorum/ Holy Basil in your daily routine.

You may take the following measures which helps me get rid of it within 3 to 4 days.

“Prevention is better than cure”

  • Drink lots of hot water only.
  • Drink ginger tea without sugar.
  • Do not take any type of sugary substance nor cold drinks or ice creams.
  • Take hot soups with pepper and salt.
  • Gargle lukewarm salt water 3 times a day. You can use Jamun vinegar/ syzygium cumini vinegar for best result.
  • Steam with eucalyptus oil or balm.
  • Fry pure turmeric in a pan and sniff that smoke.
  • Limit your food intake.
  • Take garlic paste or powder.
  • Do not take milk or milk products (no curd but if necessary, take buttermilk in the afternoon).
  • Take pure turmeric in hot water.
  • The above measures can also be taken by people within their homes with early symptoms in addition to remaining answer points.

Now, here’s some good news for the people:

  • It’s unlikely that all those people would be simultaneously infected.
  • The measures we are taking to encourage social distancing are likely to reduce the transmission rate.
  • We’re probably going to scale up our capacity to test large numbers of people in the next few weeks. If we do that, it will be much easier to quarantine the affected people, and much easier to reduce the spread of the infection.

But we have to play our cards right. And that means that even people who are at a lower risk of becoming ill if infected should keep in mind that they might easily make others very ill. So, keep minimize risks of becoming infected.
